A recent WSJ article spoke of condo/townhome projects struggling to sell. Well, not in our area.

We saw 17 closed sales last week from $500,000 – $2.5 million.

My personal feeling is that townhomes are a great option for the right owner.

In fact, I’d own one myself if it fit my lifestyle.
