The bike/walking trail system in Truckee has become such a nice draw and is constantly being added onto. This segment accesses the Martis Valley, which is fantastic.

This closed for 13% off of list price. Do not look at this as a softening of the market. The driveway and parking on this home are a challenge. If you are going to purchase a home with a challenge like this, then expect it to be a issue when you sell. I was not involved in this sale. I did try to show it twice and both times the client got to the driveway and decided not to bother entering the home. The $844 PPSF that it sold for is actually a testimony to the strength of Gray’s Crossing and the current market. The seller should be happy with this sale price.
