It is that time of the year again when the Truckee-Tahoe market hits stride. August through October is historically one of the busiest periods for premier home closings, and this year is no exception. Five homes closed last week in Gray’s Crossing, Schaffer’s Mill, Lahontan and Martis Camp, while nine additional homes are currently in escrow in those communities.
