Late Year Flurry of Lot Sales from DFRE
Lot sales will still prove to be soft for 2019. Total Sales – Lahontan down about 50%, Gray’s Crossing about 25%, Martis Camp steady. However DFRE saw a late push of activity with a Martis Camp sale and two Gray’s Crossing sales including the first $300,000 + Gray’s Crossing sale since 2008. Activity seems to be indicating leveling out of the market in 2020 but as always, only time will tell.
