Truckee Tahoe MLS 2nd Quarter Community Sales Numbers

Gray’s Crossing  

Lack of inventory is what is holding Gray’s Crossing 2018 home sales behind 2017 sales. Builders are trying to catch up, hence the 24 lot sales YTD 2018 compared to 27 total in 2017.
