Martis Camp

Martis Camp is the most successful community development hands down in North America since the turn of the century. With over 600 developer lots sold and well on their way to selling out of the 665 total homesites with an average price north of $800,000 per lot it is hard to argue. The differentiator for the community is the Lookout chairlift in Northstar loads from within the Martis Camp development. Martis Camp is highlighted by ski-in/ski-out homesites. The developer spent over $110 million dollars in amenities with the now famous Family Barn leading the way. Needless to say the 50,000 square foot golf clubhouse, which is separate from the Family Barn or Ski Lodge that is located at the bottom of the Lookout chair, defines elegance. The entry price for homes is $3 million dollars and goes up to $8 million. Martis Camp shares a property line with Lahontan and Schaeffer’s Mill. The Truckee Airport is within a mile of the front gate.
