Northstar & Squaw 2014 Real Estate Sales Comparison
For 2014 the total sales volume for Northstar was $95 million. This includes all homes, townhomes and condos among the 99 sales making up this number. Squaw Valley’s total 2014 sales were $48 million with 52 sales. The average home price in Northstar was $907,000 with a median of $813,000 from 36 sales.
