Nearing 800 Active Listings – Pending back under 150 to 146. Some signs are showing a trend to Buyer’s market but the “reality signs”, offers and closing prices, are still showing a Seller bias. If the Pendings increase to 170-180 by Mid-July, which I think it will, it is a sign that we are still in a solid Tug-of-War market between Buyers and Sellers.
