There were times during 2016 where this picture was apropos. When doing 26 transactions for the year we often felt buried. Luckily Erin was in full swing handling escrows among many other duties. We can now handle a lot more territory and it showed this year. I love it when a plan comes together to the benefit of all.

The 26 transactions covered 9 different communities. I do enjoy being versatile and helping with second homes, primary and investment purchases. Variety keeps life interesting. The 9 communities included: Northstar, Squaw, Martis Camp, Gray’s Crossing, Lahontan, Tahoe Donner, Glenshire and Sierra Meadows in which I am including the Ponderosa Ranchos and MartisWoods estates as part of. The transactions were made of 9 land and 17 single family or townhome transactions.
I finished the year 28th in the Tahoe MLS sales rankings out of over 400 realtors. Being a Top Producing agent in the Tahoe MLS is a nice reward for a lot of hard work and good fortune. It is even better that this isn’t the first time.
